ORDERING

Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax is only collected if the shipping destination is in Florida.

What forms of payment so you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, and JCB

How Much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost is based on the items that you have in your shopping cart and your delivery address.

How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing the UPS tracking number for your order. Please check your spam or junk mailbox if you do not find it in your primary inbox. We use the email that provided on your order.

When will I receive my order?
Plan Ahead! Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for delivery, which includes product production and up to 5 days for shipping.

How do I make changes to an order I have already placed?
Please tell us immediately by using the Contact Us page form or send an email to customerservice@motorheadtrophies.com

What if my order is incorrect?
Please tell us immediately at customerservice@motorheadtrophies.com. We will make every effort to correct any mistake made by us. 

ENGRAVING

How many lines can I have printed on the name plate?
The standard is 3-lines which is based on an easy to read font. If you require another line, put it in the Comment box on the ordering page,but remember we might have to use a small font size to accommodate the added line.

What is the maximum amount of characters that can be printed per line on the name plate?
based on the standard font, normally 25 characters will fit on one line. If more characters are needed per line, a smaller font will be used.

Can I have my logo on the name plate?
We need high resolution logos as in jpg, tif, or png format. The finished quality of your logo will be related to the art work you provide. If wanted, please ensure you send high quality artwork to customerservice@motorheadtrophies.com .

How do I know my name plate engraving will be correct?
What you send will be what you see on the nameplates. The number of characters per line will dictate the font size.

SHIPPING

What are the shipping options?
We only ship with UPS and they only ship to an address, not a PO Box.

What if my order is delayed, lost, or damaged in shipping?
Call UPS about the issue and they will contact us. We are not responsible for damage caused by shipping carriers. Also, notify our Customer Service at customerservice@motorheadtrophies.com .

Can I pickup my order at your location?
No, we use UPS for all shipments.

Where are you located?

Motorhead Trophies is located in Naples, FL. All trophies are handmade and shipped from this location.

How is the product made?
We begin with used or new auto/engine parts that are designed to be printed on a 3D-printer. The parts are then assembled. All trophies are handmade in house in the USA.

Our https security is provided by SSL certificate software which encrypts the data entering into the site as it travels from the site to the server. We make every effort to keep your data safe.

Can I purchase a single trophy for myself or to give as a gift?
Yes, they are not only for car shows. They make good personal gifts to any car enthusiast or a present for that special occasion.
